We store personal information (Name, Age, Sex, Height, Weight, and Email) to enable personalization within the app. This data is securely maintained.
4. Storage of Health and Fitness Data
In our app, we store health and fitness-related data, including:
- Nutrition data, including food images and nutrition analysis.
- Workout progress and videos.
- Activity data like yoga, running, and more.
5. Importing Health Data
Upon user permission, we import steps and sleep data from Apple and Android health apps to enhance your health profile accuracy.

You can request removal of your data at any time. We retain anonymized data only for analytics and improvement.
8. In-App AI (Fio) - Personalized Responses
Our AI (Fio) uses your data for personalization. Fio is not a healthcare provider. Users should use their judgment when acting on its advice.

Reshape provides guidance, not medical advice. You assume all risk for use; we are not liable for any injuries or adverse effects.

User data is stored securely in the cloud. Only authorized personnel can access it for monitoring or support.
12. AI Model Training and Data Anonymization
We do not use Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to train AI models. All data used is anonymized.
13. Nutrition and Workout Advice Disclaimer
Our nutrition and workout advice are general guidelines, not medical instructions. We are not liable for any resulting harm.
14. Deletion of Account and Data Retention
You can delete your account anytime. We remove identifiable data but may retain anonymized analytics data.

We store profile and progress photos responsibly. Users should ensure appropriate content is uploaded.
16. User-Uploaded Data Disclaimer
Users are responsible for uploaded content. Reshape is not liable for any user-submitted material.
